As a Master of Ceremony—or Master of Interaction, as I prefer—I go beyond introductions and timekeeping. I create spaces for real connections and meaningful conversations, using interactive exercises to spark engagement, break the ice, and inspire reflection. These moments aren’t just fun—they build energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for change.

This interactive networking session, inspired by improvisation principles (but no acting required!), features over 20 simple exercises for pairs, trios, or small groups. These activities build creativity, active listening, and collaboration in a fun and approachable way.
Held in an open space for dynamic interactions, the session fosters connection, laughter, and engagement. Perfect for team building, breaking the ice, or enhancing networking, it’s a unique way to bring people together while keeping them energized and involved.

This creative brainstorming session builds on the methods from my presentation, The Change Mindset, offering a hands-on way to tackle a team challenge. Through diverging (generating ideas) and converging (refining them), participants collaborate in subgroups of 6-8 to explore and select the best solutions.
I’ll also share techniques to spark creative thinking and uncover innovative ideas. A briefing call beforehand ensures we focus on the most impactful question, making the session ideal for teams seeking collaboration, fresh ideas, and actionable outcomes.
