Status Quo or Status Go
This will be a very interactive session where we will explore the topic of 'from Status Quo to Status Go' with a group of 10-15 professionals. What can we do to engage employees who are stuck in fixed thinking patterns and don't want to change? How can we let them understand that staying in the 'Status Quo' isn't an option in the long run. How can we create an emotional drive to steer them in the direction of the Change Mindset which allows them to make it a bit easier to cope with change? Interested in joining this exploration? You can already read this blog post 'from Status Quo to Status Go' to stimulate your thinking in advance.
